Psychologist<\/strong><\/span> <strong>with more than twenty years of experience in individual, family, and couples psychotherapy.<\/strong> I graduated in Psychology in 2005 and, since then, I have dedicated my professional career to supporting people through some of the most delicate moments of their lives: relationship crises and conflicts, family difficulties, symptoms of anxiety and depression, stress, trauma processing, OCD, phobias, and various mental and personality disorders.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">I define myself as someone passionate about people and everything that makes us unique and different. I am driven by curiosity to understand the particularities of the human mind and, above all, by a deep respect for each person\u2019s story. Over these years I have been characterised by maintaining an integrative approach to psychology: I do not start from a single closed model, but rather, thanks to my training in diverse fields, I choose in each case the therapeutic tools that best suit the needs, pace and goals of the person in front of me.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">I understand psychotherapy as a genuine meeting space built on sensitivity, respect and trust. I believe that change does not come from labelling or correcting what \u201cis wrong\u201d, but from welcoming the person as they are and as their history has been, so that they can recognise their own resources and take an active role in building their life.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\">Throughout my professional career, I have worked with a wide variety of difficulties, among which stand out couple crises and conflicts, family difficulties, symptoms of anxiety and depression, stress, trauma processing, phobias, as well as different mental and personality disorders.<\/p><p dir=\"auto\"><strong>Main areas of intervention<\/strong><\/p><ul dir=\"auto\"><li><strong>Couples therapy:<\/strong> Support in couple crises and conflicts, communication and bonding difficulties, from a relational perspective that helps to understand shared dynamics and to rebuild the relationship \u2014 or to navigate its most difficult moments \u2014 with care and respect for both partners.<\/li><li><strong>Family and systemic therapy:<\/strong> Intervention in family and relational difficulties from a systemic approach, viewing the family as a network of bonds and patterns that can be understood and transformed together.<\/li><li><strong>EMDR and trauma work:<\/strong> As a therapist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), I accompany the processing of traumatic experiences and emotional impacts that continue to condition the present, as well as situations of abuse and gender-based violence.<\/li><li><strong>Anxiety, mood and stress:<\/strong> Attention to panic attacks, agoraphobia, phobias and social phobia, insomnia, mood disorders, stress and adjustment disorders.<\/li><li><strong>Other areas of support:<\/strong>
