Psychologist<\/strong><\/span> <strong>with more than twenty years of experience in individual, family, and couples psychotherapy.<\/strong> I graduated in Psychology in 2005 and, since then, I have dedicated my professional career to supporting people through some of the most delicate moments of their lives: relationship crises and conflicts, family difficulties, symptoms of anxiety and depression, stress, trauma processing, OCD, phobias, and various mental and personality disorders.<\/p><p>I am passionate about people and everything that makes us unique and different. I am driven by a curiosity to understand the particularities of the human mind and, above all, by a deep respect for each person&#8217;s story. Throughout these years, I have been characterised by maintaining <strong>an integrative approach to psychology<\/strong>: I do not work from a single, fixed model; rather, thanks to my training in different areas, I select in each case the therapeutic tools that best fit the needs, pace, and goals of the person in front of me.<\/p><p>I understand psychotherapy as a space for genuine encounter, built on sensitivity, respect, and trust. I believe that change does not arise from labelling or correcting what is \u201cwrong,\u201d but from embracing the person as they are and as their story has been, so that they can recognise their own conflicts, communication difficulties, and attachment issues, from a relational perspective that helps to understand shared dynamics and rebuild the relationship\u2014or navigate its most difficult moments\u2014with care and respect for both partners.<\/li><li><strong>Family and Systemic Therapy:<\/strong> Intervention in family and relational difficulties from a systemic approach, viewing the family as a set of relationships and patterns that can be understood and transformed together.<\/li><li><strong>EMDR and Trauma Treatment:<\/strong> As a therapist trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing), I support the processing of traumatic experiences and emotional impacts that continue to affect the present, as well as situations involving abuse and gender-based violence.<\/li><li><strong>Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD):<\/strong> Treatment of obsessions and compulsions that generate distress and limit daily life, with support tailored to each
