A cycle of up to 12 individual sessions over a maximum period of 5 months, to work on your goals with professional follow-up.
👩⚕️ Who Will See You? You Are in Good Hands
We want to break the stigma around "low-cost" therapy. In this programme, you will not be seen by undergraduate students, but by fully qualified and registered psychologists who are completing their highest-level health specialisation (General Health Master's degree).
This allows us to offer professionals with the most up-to-date academic training, exceptional motivation, and — most importantly — the direct support and clinical supervision of our team of senior psychologists. Quality and rigour guaranteed.
📝 ACCESS CRITERIA
The programme is open to Young adults (18–26 years old) in a situation of economic vulnerability:
- Age: Young adults between 18 and 26 years old.
- Financial situation: Unemployed, students, or income below the minimum wage (SMI/IMV).
- Documentation: Proof of situation required (payslip, unemployment card, student card, etc.).
- Commitment: Genuine motivation to attend the sessions.
❌ EXCLUSIONS
This resource is not appropriate in cases of:
- Active psychiatric treatment without prior consultation.
- Severe addictions or serious disorders requiring a multidisciplinary team.
- People who already have another therapeutic process underway.
- Former or current patients of our centre (standard rate applies).

📍 Modification and Cancellation Policy
Every hour you book is reserved exclusively for you, and there are often people on the waiting list for a place. If you cannot attend a session, please let us know as soon as possible:

If you confirm your attendance and leave payment for a later time, we trust you completely. We only ask that, if you are ultimately unable to come, you let us know in advance. When a session goes unattended and without prior notice, it will need to be paid before booking a new one in order to continue in the programme. Thank you for understanding, and for helping us, together, to respect everyone's time.
Rescheduling requests follow the same time frames. Thank you for helping us protect the time of our team and of those on the waiting list.
